Data Deletion & Account Removal
Instructions for deleting your Neura account and requesting erasure of personal data (including Facebook Login users).
Delete your account (recommended)
Open the Neura app.
Go to Profile → Settings → Account.
Choose Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.
What happens next:
Your account and personal data are queued for deletion within 30 days.
Disaster-recovery backups are purged within 90 days.
We may retain data required to meet legal obligations (e.g. billing records) as allowed by law.
Facebook Login: remove app access (optional)
Deleting your Neura account is sufficient.
If you also want to remove Neura’s Facebook access:
Open Facebook → Menu → Settings & privacy → Settings.
Go to Apps and websites (or Business integrations).
Find Neura and select Remove.
Request data deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address linked to your account:Subject: Data deletion request
To: support@neura.health
Include:
Your full name
Account email (and Facebook login email, if different)
Optional: any additional details to help locate your account
We’ll confirm receipt and complete deletion within 30 days, unless an extension is necessary under GDPR Article 12(3).Scope of deletion

Content you created in the app (unless you exported it)
Third-party tokens (e.g. Facebook OAuth) are revoked
Some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, security, or legal obligations. Aggregated, de-identified analytics may be kept
